Access to our service is provided through the purchase of time balance. Purchased time is non-transferable and non-refundable, except as provided in Section 4.
We retain usage history to verify time consumption and resolve fee disputes. If you request deletion of your usage history under our Privacy Policy, that data will no longer be available to verify your usage, and by making that request you waive any fee dispute that depends on it.
We are committed to providing a best-effort service. Access to your purchased time balance is guaranteed for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase. Beyond that period, continued access is not guaranteed, and any unused balance that becomes unavailable as a result is non-refundable. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the service at any time. If we discontinue the service within the one (1) year guarantee period, we will refund the value of your unused balance as of the discontinuation date.
Other than the refund described in Section 4, we are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from changes to, or discontinuation of, the service. We make no guarantees regarding availability beyond the one (1) year period, and no refund is available for unused balance that becomes unavailable after that period.
Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data; see the Privacy Policy for the third-party service providers we use to operate the service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
